Donald, my homeboy, I fully support you as the supreme leader of our nation in the coming years, but I am a little confused about your stance on guns. In your bestselling 2000 book "The America We Deserve", you say that you 'support the ban on assault weapons' and 'support slightly longer waiting periods to purchase a gun'. In a recent speech in June 2015, you say that 'fully support and back up the second amendment'. For me, could you channel your almighty wisdom and beauty to reassure me that you stand firm on this issue? As an American, I'd rather not need to remove the Bazooka or M4-Carbine from my gold plated safe anytime soon during your presidency. Cheers.
My position on the Constitution does not change. Everyone who wants to arm themselves like an African militia army are welcome to. All restrictions on gun ownership should and will be repealed on unconstitutionality. An armed person is protected from harm from others, after all. I don't know about that statement in that book, as I never said it. I will be firing an editor, however, for spreading such propaganda. It's like everyone's claims that I was a friend of the Clintons in the 90's and was formally a Democrat. None of it is true, because people are just out to taint my views.
